Early Bird prices until May 1
THE WORKSHOP
We will explore mask as a style, as a form and as a tool to devise theatre. We immediately begin to understand how mask heightens the level of performance and that mask is a viable form in which to express and engage with an audience. Participants will play in a variety of mask forms from larval to expressive. Through individual and ensemble exercises/work we will devise and present an informal showing at the end of the workshop. Focus will be on technique and physicality, leading towards playing and devising in mask.
